2. Desiccant rotor dehumidifier:
The core part of the desiccant rotor dehumidifier is a honeycomb wheel, which is composed of special ceramic fiber carrier and active silica gel. The wheel is divided into two areas: process area and regeneration area.
When the wet air enters the process area, the moisture in the air is absorbed by the hygroscopic agent in the wheel, and the dried air is sent out from the other side by the process fan;
At the same time, the regeneration air enters the regeneration area after being heated, the moisture in the regeneration area evaporates, so that the moisture absorption of the air itself becomes wet air, which is discharged to the outdoor by the regeneration fan, then the desiccant wheel can recover the moisture absorption capacity and complete the regeneration process.
The desiccant wheel rotates continuously, the above dehumidification and regeneration are repeatedly, so as to ensure the dehumidifier continuous and stable dehumidification state, continuously provide dry air.
There is no freezing problem in the desiccant rotor dehumidifier. Even in the case of very low temperature, adsorption wheel dehumidification system can achieve very good dehumidification effect.
